A concussion is type of traumatic brain injury that is caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head. Concussions can change the way the brain operates. KSBR News Report: Point in Time Count

In order to recieve federal funding, every two years counties across the nation must submit a report of their homeless population. In order to get an accurate count in the OC, over 900 volunteers are organized by 211 OC to count and survey homeless individals. In 2013, the population of homeless individuals in Orange County was 13,000. KSBR's Matt Johnson recounts the experience of a group of volunteers as they perform the survey.
